Mystery Box and Liquidation Merchandise

Certain products sold by IGM Liquidation are offered as Mystery Boxes containing assorted liquidation merchandise.

By purchasing a Mystery Box, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The contents are randomly assorted and will vary from box to box.

• Product photographs are examples only and do not guarantee any particular item, brand, model, color, category, quantity, or retail value.

• Merchandise may originate from liquidation, overstock, shelf-pull, open-box, customer-return, or similar inventory sources.

• Product packaging and cosmetic condition may vary.

• Receiving an assortment different from the examples shown or from a customer's personal preferences does not by itself mean the order was incorrectly fulfilled.

• The Small, Medium, and Large Mystery Box designation refers to the product option purchased and does not guarantee a particular number of individual items or specific total retail value unless expressly stated on the product page.

Customers should review the product description and our Return and Refund Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.
