IGM Liquidation ships orders within the United States using available carriers including UPS and USPS.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the customer's delivery address, product weight, package size, and selected shipping service.

Available services may include:

USPS Ground Advantage
USPS Priority Mail
UPS Ground
UPS Ground Saver

Rates and available services may vary depending on the destination and package.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as reasonably possible after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated transit time.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates displayed during checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by IGM Liquidation.

Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Lost, Damaged, or Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, materially damaged during transit, or tracking shows a delivery problem, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant information.

We will review the shipment and, when appropriate, assist with the carrier claim or provide another reasonable resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check the delivery location and contact the carrier. You may also contact us so we can assist in reviewing the shipment.
